1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Granville Capital, S.L. (NIF: B27614262), trading as Nero Line, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all bookings, payments, and interactions with our platform.

2. Description of Services

Granville Capital, S.L., trading as Nero Line, provides luxury and premium car rental services in Spain. We offer vehicles from our own fleet as well as through trusted partners. Our platform allows you to browse, compare, and book rental cars, with delivery and collection available at locations throughout the country.

3. Rental Requirements

All rentals are subject to the following requirements:

• Minimum age: as specified per vehicle (typically 21–25 years depending on the car)
• Valid driving license held for the minimum period specified per vehicle
• Valid passport or national ID
• A security deposit is required and will be held on your credit card for the duration of the rental
• Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payments and deposits. American Express is not accepted.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed and charged in the currency of the country where the vehicle is supplied, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The currency of your booking is shown at checkout before you pay.

4.1 Down Payment

When booking a vehicle, a down payment of 30% of the total rental cost is required to secure your reservation. This down payment gives you priority for the selected vehicle and dates, during which the vehicle is blocked exclusively for you. Please note that a booking is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. If we are unable to fulfill the booking, your down payment will be fully refunded. However, if you cancel the booking for reasons unrelated to us, the 30% down payment is non-refundable, as the vehicle was reserved and unavailable to other customers during that period. The down payment is not the security deposit; the security deposit is a separate refundable hold described in section 4.3.

4.2 Remaining Balance

The remaining 70% of the rental cost is due no later than 7 days before the rental start date. Payment must be made via Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express, cash, or bank transfers for the remaining balance.

4.3 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit will be held on your credit card for the duration of the rental. The amount varies depending on the vehicle. This deposit covers potential damages, traffic fines, or other liabilities incurred during the rental period. We release the deposit within 48 hours of the vehicle being returned and inspected without issue. Your bank then requires a further 2–14 days to show the funds on your statement; that period is set by your bank and is outside our control.

4.4 Delivery & Collection Fees

Delivery and collection of vehicles outside of standard service areas may incur additional fees. These fees are calculated based on distance and will be clearly displayed during the booking process before payment.

4.5 Out-of-Hours Surcharge

Deliveries or returns requested outside our standard service hours of 08:00–20:00 carry an additional surcharge for each delivery or return concerned. The amount depends on the country where the vehicle is supplied and is included in your booking total before payment.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

As outlined in section 4.1, the 30% down payment is non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations, as the vehicle is blocked exclusively for you during the reserved period. The following policy applies to any additional amounts paid beyond the down payment:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our platform. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles come with basic insurance coverage as required by Spanish law. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the included insurance, including but not limited to: interior damage, tire and rim damage, damage caused by negligence or reckless driving, and any traffic fines incurred during the rental period. Additional insurance coverage options may be available upon request.

7. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following is strictly prohibited: sub-lending the vehicle to unauthorized drivers, using the vehicle for racing or competitions, taking the vehicle outside of Spain without prior written consent, smoking in the vehicle, and transporting pets without prior approval. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of all deposits.

8. Limitation of Liability

Granville Capital, S.L., trading as Nero Line, limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, personal belongings left in the vehicle, indirect or consequential losses arising from the rental, or third-party services such as toll roads or parking facilities.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). Your payment information is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe) and is never stored on our servers.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Granville Capital, S.L. (NIF: B27614262) is registered in Alicante, Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain. We encourage customers to first contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing formal legal action.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
