1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Granville Capital, S.L. (NIF: B27614262), trading as Nero Line, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all bookings, payments, and interactions with our platform.

2. Description of Services

Granville Capital, S.L., trading as Nero Line, provides luxury and premium car rental services in Spain. We offer vehicles from our own fleet as well as through trusted partners. Our platform allows you to browse, compare, and book rental cars, with delivery and collection available at locations throughout the country.

3. 租赁要求

• 最低年龄：按车辆规定（通常根据车型为21-25岁）
• 持有满足每辆车规定最短期限的有效驾驶执照
• 有效护照或国民身份证
• 需要缴纳保证金，将在租赁期间从您的信用卡上预扣
• 付款和保证金仅接受Visa和Mastercard。不接受American Express。

4. 付款与定价

我们平台上显示的所有价格均以欧元（EUR）计价，除另有说明外均含适用税款。

4.1 预订押金

预订车辆时，需支付租赁总费用30%的押金以确保您的预订。此押金赋予您所选车辆和日期的优先权，在此期间车辆专为您预留。请注意，预订在我们团队确认之前不予保证。如果我们无法履行预订，您的押金将全额退还。但是，如果您因与我们无关的原因取消预订，30%的押金不予退还，因为该期间车辆已为您预留，其他客户无法使用。

4.2 剩余余额

租赁费用的剩余70%须在车辆交付之前或交付时支付。付款须通过Visa或Mastercard进行。我们不接受American Express、现金或银行转账支付剩余余额。

4.3 安全保证金

租赁期间将在您的信用卡上预扣可退还的安全保证金。金额因车辆而异。此保证金涵盖租赁期间可能发生的损坏、交通罚款或其他责任。车辆归还并检查后将释放保证金，通常在7-14个工作日内。

4.4 送车和取车费用

在标准服务区域以外的车辆送达和取车可能会产生额外费用。这些费用根据距离计算，并在付款前的预订过程中清楚显示。

4.5 非工作时间附加费

在标准营业时间（上午9:00-晚上8:00）以外要求的送车或取车可能需要支付额外附加费。这将在预订过程中告知。

5. 取消与退款政策

如第4.1节所述，客户主动取消时30%预订押金不予退还，因为在预订期间车辆专为您预留。以下政策适用于押金以外支付的任何额外金额：

所有取消请求必须通过电子邮件或我们的平台以书面形式提交。退款将在7-14个工作日内通过原支付方式处理。

6. 保险与责任

所有车辆均按照西班牙法律要求配备基本保险。承租人对所含保险未涵盖的任何损坏负责，包括但不限于：内饰损坏、轮胎和轮辋损坏、因疏忽或鲁莽驾驶造成的损坏，以及租赁期间产生的任何交通罚款。可应要求提供额外的保险选项。

7. 车辆使用

车辆必须按照所有适用法律法规使用。严禁以下行为：将车辆转借给未经授权的驾驶员、将车辆用于赛车或竞赛、未经事先书面同意将车辆带出西班牙、在车内吸烟以及未经事先批准携带宠物。违反这些条款可能导致租赁立即终止并没收所有押金。

8. Limitation of Liability

Granville Capital, S.L., trading as Nero Line, limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, personal belongings left in the vehicle, indirect or consequential losses arising from the rental, or third-party services such as toll roads or parking facilities.

9. 数据保护与隐私

我们根据隐私政策和适用的数据保护法规（GDPR）处理您的个人数据。您的付款信息通过我们的支付提供商（Stripe）安全处理，绝不会存储在我们的服务器上。

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Granville Capital, S.L. (NIF: B27614262) is registered in Alicante, Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain. We encourage customers to first contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing formal legal action.

11. 条款修改
