Can I book directly online?

Yes. Every car with a published price carries a Book Now button that takes you through dates, delivery and return points and your details, then a card payment through Stripe. You never have to message anyone. Instant booking runs for pickups between 08:00 and 20:00, at least four hours ahead, and same-day bookings close at 17:00 Swiss time. Outside those windows, Send Request reaches the concierge, who arranges it with you.

Which driving licence do I need?

Accepted Answer

A full licence you have held for at least two years, plus a passport or national ID. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, bring an International Driving Permit alongside it. EU, UK, US, Canadian, Australian and Swiss licences are accepted as they are.

What is the minimum age?

Most of our fleet starts at 25. A few cars are available from 21, and the higher-performance models can require 30. The exact age for the car you want is stated on its page and confirmed in your offer.

How does the security deposit work?

Accepted Answer

It is a hold on your credit card, not a payment, so the money never leaves your account. We release the hold within 48 hours of the car coming back in the condition it left. Your bank then takes another 2–14 days to show it back on your statement, which is the bank's timeline and outside our control. The amount depends on the car and is always stated on the car page and in your offer.

What does the insurance cover?

Every rental includes comprehensive insurance with third-party liability, theft and fire cover. Damage is covered above the excess, and the excess is what your security deposit is held against. The exact excess for your car is written into your offer and your rental agreement before you pay anything.

Question 6

Where do you deliver, and does it cost extra?

We deliver across Zurich and to Zurich Airport: your hotel, your home, your office or the arrivals hall. Swiss delivery is quoted with your booking rather than included in the rate. It is priced from a CHF 195 base per leg plus CHF 1.82 a kilometre, with a further CHF 195 for a handover outside normal hours, and the figure is on your offer before you pay. Every handover happens in Zurich. Our Zug address is an office, not a pickup point.

Is there a mileage limit?

Every car comes with a daily kilometre allowance, and the allowance differs by model. It is stated on the car page and in your offer, together with the price per extra kilometre, so you can decide before you book. Tell us your route and we will tell you whether the standard allowance covers it.

Question 8

Can I cancel or change my dates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us as early as you can and we will move your dates without a fee whenever the car is free. The cancellation terms that apply to your booking are set out in your offer and in the rental agreement you sign, so you know them before you pay.

Question 9

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

By credit or debit card through Stripe, or by bank transfer. Booking online takes a 30% down payment, and the remaining 70% is due before delivery. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by us. The security deposit is separate: a hold on a credit card in the main driver's name.

How quickly will I get a confirmation?

Accepted Answer

If you book online, your dates are held the moment the down payment goes through, and we confirm personally straight after, usually within the hour, day or night. If you asked for an offer instead, that normally reaches you within the hour too. Your signed agreement and invoice appear in your account.

Question 11

Can I extend the rental once I have the car?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Message the concierge on WhatsApp and we will extend the booking whenever the car is still free. You pay the extra days at the same daily rate, and your deposit hold simply carries on until the car comes back.
