    Travel agencies, concierge companies, DMCs, hospitality groups and family offices book cars with Nero Line in Spain and Switzerland for the people they look after. Jets, yachts and villas can be requested the same way. Several agencies already work with us like this.

    How it works

    From the first message to the handover

    1. Write to one contact

      Send the request by email or WhatsApp: car, dates, delivery point and who will drive. The same contact handles every booking for your agency.

    2. Your agency books and pays

      Your agency is the booking and paying party. 30% holds the dates, the balance is due before delivery, and every invoice is made out to your agency.

    3. Your client is the named driver

      Your agency is the renter on the rental agreement, and your client is named on it as authorised driver.

    4. The driver verifies once

      Your client completes a short online identity check through a neutral link you forward. About three minutes on a phone.

    5. Delivered to your client

      The car reaches the hotel, the villa or the airport, fully fuelled. The driver signs at handover, and the security deposit is placed on a card agreed per booking.

    6. Support during the rental

      Support stays on WhatsApp around the clock if anything comes up, for your client and for you.

    Driver verification

    The driver verifies. The client stays yours.

    We never verify the agency. The person who drives completes a short online identity check: driving licence, passport or ID card, and a selfie. It takes about three minutes on a phone and is done once.

    You receive a neutral link with no Nero Line branding and forward it to your client the way you normally write to them. The relationship stays with your agency.

    We keep copies of the documents, as the rental agreement requires.

    Send documents the way you already do

    You or anyone on your team can simply send the driver's licence and passport by email or WhatsApp. Our system files each document to the right traveller automatically.

    Our team then confirms what is still missing, so nothing is left open on the day of the handover.

    Your agency, in one place

    Agency accounts get their own area in the Nero Line account you already use. From there you can:

    • See your travellers and their documents in one list
    • Upload documents for each traveller
    • Create and send the neutral verification link
    • See every booking and offer of your agency, and name the driver on each
    • Check which documents are still missing before a handover
