For these programmes the vehicle is positioned for your dates, which is why more notice helps outside the three main cities.

Germany hosts many of the world's leading trade fairs, at Messe Frankfurt, Messe München, Messe Berlin and other venues. During the large fairs, hotels fill across whole regions and roads to the exhibition grounds are congested from early morning.

For fair days we plan arrival slots, set-down points away from the main entrances and evening transfers, so your time goes into meetings rather than queues.

Germany's motorways connect all its major cities, and parts of the network have no general speed limit, although a heavy armored vehicle is driven with the restraint its weight requires. Switzerland, Austria, France and the Benelux are all close to the German border.

Before your own driver takes the wheel in Germany, confirm category C1, as most high-protection vehicles exceed the 3,500 kg maximum authorised mass that category B allows. Drivers who speak German and English can be requested, and other languages on request, subject to availability.
