Locations de villas pour grands groupes (10+ chambres)

Large group villas — 10+ bedrooms under one roof — are rare in Spain. Nero Line operates two: Villa Maravilla (Marbella, 28 bedrooms, 2,500 sqm, €11,571/night) and Hacienda Xini (Menorca, 13 bedrooms, 1,500 sqm, €5,760/night). Both handle extended families, multi-generational trips, corporate retreats, and wedding parties. Both include professional staff (housekeeping, security, often a chef on standby) and catering kitchens sized for group meals.
