What's the maximum sleeping capacity?

Villa Maravilla (Marbella) sleeps 56 guests across 28 bedrooms — the largest rental villa on the Costa del Sol. Hacienda Xini (Menorca) sleeps 26 across 13 bedrooms. For larger parties (60-100 guests), day-use capacity goes up with additional off-site sleeping arrangements coordinated via our concierge.

Are the large villas always available as whole rentals?

Yes — NERO Line's large villas rent as whole-property only. We do not do by-the-room or per-floor bookings. Minimum stay for 10+ bedroom villas is 5-7 nights in peak season, 3-4 nights in shoulder.

Group rental pricing?

Villa Maravilla: €11,571/night (€404/bedroom). Hacienda Xini: €5,760/night (€443/bedroom). Weekly discounts 10-15%. Peak season July-August surcharges 15-20%. All rates include housekeeping, security gate staff, welcome catering, and daily pool service.

NERO Line operates two: Villa Maravilla (Marbella, 28 bedrooms, 2,500 sqm, €11,571/night) and Hacienda Xini (Menorca, 13 bedrooms, 1,500 sqm, €5,760/night). Both handle extended families, multi-generational trips, corporate retreats, and wedding parties. Both include professional staff (housekeeping, security, often a chef on standby) and catering kitchens sized for group meals.
