Tell us your plans
Dates, group size, where you want to go and your budget. We confirm availability the same day.

Your shortlist
Within hours you get two or three yachts with the full price itemised: charter fee, 21% VAT, APA and any delivery fee.

Option and contract
Your yacht is held while the contract is prepared: the MYBA agreement for weekly charters, our charter contract for day charters.

Payment
Weekly charters: 50% at signing, the balance with VAT and APA four to five weeks before departure. Day charters: a deposit to confirm, the balance before the day. Card, bank transfer or crypto.

On board
Passports or ID cards for every guest at embarkation. The captain plans each day with you, and the APA is settled with receipts before you disembark.
What a weekly charter costs
- The charter fee: the yacht, its equipment, the crew and their food, and the yacht’s insurance.
- Plus 21% Spanish VAT on the charter fee for every charter that starts in Spain.
- Plus the APA, usually 25% to 35% of the fee: an advance for fuel, food, drinks and marina fees, spent at cost and settled with receipts.
- Plus a delivery fee only if you start or end away from the yacht’s home port.
- A crew gratuity is customary (10% to 15%) and is not part of the contract.
What a day charter costs
- Yachts marked “Live availability” show the day price including 21% VAT, crew, water and soft drinks, and fuel for the standard route.
- For other yachts the quote itemises VAT, fuel and extras before you confirm anything.
- Half-day and sunset slots are available on many yachts at a lower rate.
A week on board: sample itinerary
A starting point, not a fixed route: the captain plans each day with you around the weather.
- Day 1Puerto Banús to Estepona: the coast west of Marbella with a first swim off Playa del Cristo.
- Day 2Sotogrande and La Duquesa: marinas, golf and a night in Sotogrande.
- Day 3Gibraltar: round the Rock, the Strait’s dolphins and a night in Gibraltar or Sotogrande.
- Day 4Tarifa and the Atlantic side of the Strait on a calm day, or a second day around Gibraltar.
- Day 5Back east to Marbella: Cabopino dunes and the Marbella coastline.
- Day 6Málaga and the eastern Costa del Sol: Benalmádena, Málaga city.
- Day 7Return to Puerto Banús along the coast with a last lunch at anchor off Marbella.
A day on the water
Full day, half day or sunset, from the yacht’s home port.
- Marbella coast: Puerto Banús to Cabopino and back, lunch at anchor.
- West to Estepona and Sotogrande.
- Sunset cruise off Puerto Banús.
