Question 1

Which countries does Nero Line operate in?

Accepted Answer

Spain and Switzerland. In Spain we arrange supercars, yacht charters and villas along the coast and in the major cities. In Switzerland we arrange luxury cars, and alpine chalets on request. Private jets fly worldwide from either.

Question 2

Which currency am I charged in?

Accepted Answer

Euros in Spain, Swiss francs in Switzerland. Swiss rentals include Swiss VAT at 8.1%. You'll always see the exact figure, in the currency you'll actually pay, before you commit.

Question 3

Are the cars the same in both countries?

Accepted Answer

No, each country has its own cars. The Swiss fleet stays in Switzerland year-round and the Spanish fleet stays in Spain, so the car you book is already where you need it.

Question 4

Can you arrange jets or villas outside Spain?

Accepted Answer

Jets, yes: the fleet is global, so we'll fly you far beyond Spain. Villas are listed in Spain, and alpine chalets are sourced on request by the concierge, so tell us early if a chalet is part of the plan. Yacht charters run in Spain and the Mediterranean.

Question 5

How do I reach the right office?

Accepted Answer

For Spain, call +34 865 690 417 (Avenida Cataluña 16, Alicante). For Switzerland, call +41 43 505 10 48 (Industriestrasse 16, Zug). Zug handles enquiries and paperwork, and every Swiss car is handed over in person in the city where it is based.

Cars, yachts, jets & villas, all in one team.
