Large group villas require enormous plots (5,000+ sqm), large catering kitchens, multiple bedrooms in wings (not all clustered), and full staff quarters. Very few properties are built to this scale. In Spain, most 10+ bedroom rentals are converted hotels — NERO Line's two villas are purpose-built private estates.

Can I split a large villa between two families?

Yes, the property is yours for the duration. Two families can share bedroom wings, pool areas, or split catering service. We've hosted book-club groups, corporate all-hands sessions, and multi-family holiday groups in this configuration.

Minimum stay for large group villas?

5 nights for Hacienda Xini; 7 nights for Villa Maravilla. These properties don't do weekend bookings due to the handover complexity and the staff-ramp-up time. 3-4 week lead time recommended for peak dates.
